I have earned several professional designations including the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation from the National Association of Realtors®. This designation is held by the top 3 percent of real estate agents in the U.S. The CRS Designation recognizes professional accomplishments in both experience and education. I have also earned the Graduate Realtors Institute (GRI) designation. and the e-Pro designation recognizing my marketing skills with internet and technology. I recently earned the Certified Home Marketing Specialist (CHMS) designation. As a Certified Home Marketing Specialist, I have had in-depth training on proven staging principles and techniques that have resulted in increased selling prices and reduced market time.
